Biography

C. Price, (forenames unknown), was born in Liverpool, Lancashire in 1886.  He lived at 29, Bonsfield Square, Liverpool.

He engaged as a waiter in the Stewards' Department on board the Lusitania at New York, on 30th April 1915, for her final trans-Atlantic voyage, at a monthly rate of £4.05s.00d, (£4.25.).  It proved to be a tragic decision for him as he was killed when she was sunk, exactly a week later.

His body was not recovered and identified afterwards either and his name is embossed on the Mercantile Marine Memorial at Tower Hill, London.  He was aged 29 years.
